We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings at our discretion.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only once a deposit or full payment (as specified in your quote or invoice) has been received.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment instructions will be provided via invoice or booking form.

  • You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information.

  • Any outstanding balances must be paid before the scheduled event date.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information (date, location, duration, space requirements, etc.).

  • Ensuring the venue is suitable and safe for performance.

  • Obtaining any required permits, permissions, or insurance coverage related to the event.

  • Treating all performers and staff with professionalism and respect.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation without refund.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including photos, videos, text, logos, and graphics—is the property of En Pointe Talent Co. or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.
