Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Scope
This policy applies to services provided by En Pointe Talent Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website (https://www.enpointetalentco.com) including bookings of talent, event performances, and any associated add-ons (“Services”).
2) Cancellation by Client

If you (the “Client”) wish to cancel a booked Service, please notify us as soon as possible at enpointetalentco@gmail.com or phone 707-239-1366.

Full refund of any deposit or pre-payment will be provided if cancellation is made [14] days or more prior to the scheduled Service date.

If cancellation is made fewer than [14] days before the scheduled date, we reserve the right to retain [25]% of the deposit/fee to cover preparation, scheduling and opportunity cost.

If you cancel on the day of the event, or fail to attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3) Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Service in cases of talent illness, force majeure (weather, venue issues, etc.), or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such event, you will be offered either a full refund of amounts paid or an alternative performance arrangement (date/time) mutually acceptable.
4) No-Show or Late Arrival

If you fail to provide access or fail to coordinate required logistics (venue, talent access, power, etc.) and the performance cannot proceed, we are not obligated to provide a refund.

If our talent arrives late for reasons within our control, we will work collaboratively with you to make up the time when possible or offer a pro-rated refund for the portion missed.
5) Change of Service by Client

If you request to change the date/time of a booked Service, we will endeavor to accommodate subject to availability.

Date/time changes requested [X] days or more prior may be granted without penalty. Changes requested after that window may incur a rescheduling fee or reduced refund eligibility.
6) How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method used during booking.

Processing of refund payments may take up to [14] business days depending on the payment provider.

We will notify you via email when your refund is initiated.
7) Non-Refundable Components

Booking deposits that cover talent commitment, scheduling, or special arrangements may be non-refundable once certain preparatory steps have been taken.

Travel, accommodation or special equipment costs incurred on your behalf may also be non-refundable if already expended.

Services marked explicitly as “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking remain so.
8) Exceptions & Disputes

Any dissatisfaction with the performance must be reported within [24] hours after services are rendered, so we may evaluate and address the issue.

This policy does not limit your rights under consumer protection laws, which may vary by region.
9) Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued booking/usage of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
